Q: Where are you shipping to?

A: As of now I’m only shipping within (most of) Europe, Russia, Canada & USA, since the German post still has big limitations on shipping and sometimes very high fees outside of Europe, due to COVID-19 regulations. This constantly changes along with the pandemic, so if your country isn’t listed in my shop (yet), feel free to drop me a mail and I will check if shipping is available :)

Also note: while shipping to Canada and USA is available, it is only transported via sea freight. This means shipping takes WAY longer than usual and according to Deutsche Post/DHL may take 25-30 days or even longer depending how far into the countries things need to be delivered. I have also noticed that tracking may stop being updated once it has entered the destination country, which unfortunately is something that can’t be helped. So please keep all this in mind while making an order and be patient and understanding with the current situation.

The international shipping I offer always comes with a tracking number, which I will provide you with once your order is on its way.

German shipping is also insured and trackable, except for the cheapest (2,30€) option, which will always either be sent as a regular “Maxibrief” or as “Warensendung”.
